FitPug.com wants you to be thrilled with your new purchase. However, if you need to return an item, we're here to help.

If for some reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may RETURN Your purchased item for a REFUND, within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • If You did not receive Your order & or, received - damaged, incomplete or wrong item;
    • Please send us an email at info@fitpug.com or through our "Contact Us" page to begin the 'refund & compensation' process
    • We will personally look into all requests, and make sure that You are satisfied with the outcome!
  • If You are unable to resolve an issue with Your order, by contacting us directly, feel free to start automated, 'Return & Refund' process at -

    • All returned items must be in new and unused condition and still have their original packaging attached to them
    • The customer is responsible for return postage costs
    • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable
 
HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY: We understand that many customers are purchasing Christmas gifts, and so we've extended our return policy until the end of January! For orders made 60 days before new calendar year!
